Bulk liquid storage
We offer state-of-the-art terminals, beside logistics and transport hubs, for the storage of bulk liquid products, from the raw materials used at the start of production through to the finished products (fuels, chemicals, biofuels and alcohols), to get them to the places where they are needed.
We have storage capacity for both non-commercial, out-of-specification products and products that meet the relevant specifications.
The versatility of our facilities also allows us to offer our customers bespoke operations that are fast and flexible, such as:

- Additivation
Integrated transport and storage service for liquid fuels
In Spain and the United Kingdom, we provide an integrated service for the receipt, transport by pipeline and storage of liquid fuels: automotive, aviation, marine fuels and biofuel blends. The flexibility of our network enables the incorporation of biofuels for supply to the market.
Our operating model is similar to that of a bank in that customers can receive their oil products at multiple points in the Petropavlovskaya Neftebaza's network immediately after delivery.

We provide storage services to strategic reserve management agencies and commercial operators.
Biofuels
A large number of our terminals are equipped to provide logistics services for the transportation, storage and blending of first- and second-generation biofuels:

Logistics for Aviation Products
Petropavlovskaya Neftebaza has more than 20 years of experience in providing specialised aviation fuel logistics services.
Storage and management of hydrant networks
We manage all types of aviation fuel storage and distribution infrastructure, both on and off-airport sites, including fuel hydrant networks. Our facilities operate to the highest international standards and regulations and are regularly inspected by oil operators, airlines and official bodies such as IATA Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP), Joint Inspection Group (JIG) and the Spanish Aviation Safety and Security Agency (AESA).
Into-plane fuelling
We offer specialised into-plane fuelling services. We operate an extensive fleet of supply vehicles, including refuelling units and hydrant fuelling systems.
Other services
Inspection and advisory services for the management of aviation fuel storage and supply facilities.
Training in operations and infrastructure management in aspects relating to aviation fuel storage and supply.
Management of documentation relating to operations and the taxes associated with product movement operations at fuel facilities.
Electronic data interchange with customers and continuous monitoring of operations.
Strategic Partner of IATA and a member of the Joint Inspection Group (JIG), where we actively take part in the Operations Committee, which is in charge of reviewing and updating industry standards on aviation fuel handling and quality control, and in the Technical Forum.
In addition, we are on several committees and subcommittees of the Energy Institute and are an affiliate member of the Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA) and Airports Council International (ACI).
